Campaign meets goal!
Seven years ago, Milligan started planning for the largest capital
campaign in the college's history. In Spring 2006, we were pleased
to announce that our $30 million goal has been achieved! Most
importantly, our goals of providing more scholarship, expanding and
improving our teaching and living areas, strengthening our endowment,
and reaching out to more people with new programs and initiatives,
have been fulfilled.
The end result of the campaign will not be measured in dollars alone. Success will be measured by our ability to honor God by educating men and women as servant-leaders.
During the past five years, we have seen amazing things happen and can
share story after story of students and individuals whose lives have
been touched by Milligan.
Even in the light of these successes, much remains to be accomplished. Operating a college committed to excellence requires annual support for scholarships, academic programs, faculty, student life, and campus ministry. These annually-budgeted programs are vital to attract and retain promising students, to support teaching resources, to enrich the college experience outside the classroom, and to expand spiritual growth programs.
